ANSWERED Downgrade Dash ?

Hi

Please forgive if this has been dealt with previously, but I couldnt find anything on it.

The question is simply. Can a dash version be "downgraded" so that a Jtag mod can be done on a console? .. Assuming the CPU key is available.

I know that RGH is possible nowadays, but the cost factor is the issue. Especially when the local currency is not doing well against the $usd.

Any thoughts?

This cannot be done, the reason being is that the eFuses (stored in the CPU) get blown by any dashboard post 7371.

However, you can glitch consoles above that dashboard (with the exception of non-HDMI consoles such as Xenons).

what I would do is search for downgrading tutorials or guides....and once you realize there is none ANYWHERE, that's a pretty good indication that downgrading isn't possible.

As said before, RGH is the only way of "jtag/glitching" newer dashboards.

No it's not possible to downgrade.

Your comments regarding the USD are meaningless also as there are hundreds of retailers around the world just pick one closest to you. Or is $20 too expensive ?

On a brighter note, there are people selling consoles in the traders section that are already jtagged and rgh'd so you can just sell the one you wanted to jtag and pick one of those up if you are not into that whole diy thing.

Well man, i live in Venezuela. and we can only spend 400 dollars a year on online websites.. and believe me. I do RGH's . but i dont know anyone here on my city that does it. so if someone wants to get RGH here they have to get (Coolruner, Nandx, Update Cables) , thats already more than 20 bucks.. and.. Shipping?? everytime i buy something i have to pay 45 $ shipping. so believe its expensive.. (Im not crying about it. because i like to spend my money on here, im just saying you guys should not say its easy to everybody to get their hands on this things, because its not. even if you have the money)

Wait so dashboard IS or IS NOT an issue with rgh because here your implying that RGH can be done to any dash as long as the motherboard is right (as oposed to jtag) all my research so far said that even rgh is can only be done to dashes before 15574 and MB trinity or before.
