downgrade firmware?

Hi

I have just flashed my Xbox 360 with iextreme 1.2, i have have tried burning games after stealthing patching but so far none have worked. i have been using xdvdmulleret 9.7 but all the games i have tried to auto fix are not on the data base. I have decided that i wont be using xbox live so was thinking of using a different firmware that doesnt check for stealth. which one do you recomend and how do i do it

use XBM like explained in textbook's tut, there is no need to first restor the original fw, you will find the tut in the downloads section
