Downloads are borked

Anyone else having this problem, or am I experiencing another retard moment?

I was trying to get flashbios 3.01, when I click the link to download it, it appears that it will download, but instead opens the .rar file as onscreen text.
Same thing happens with any other download from the main page, and don't say "It's IE", I tried ie, and firefox I really need a copy of 3.01, oh! and btw, 3.01 is NOT on xbins, only 3.03

It's a Hosting issue not Team Xecuter. In Internet Explorer right click the download and select save target as... now rename the target file from flashbios_v301.htm to flashbios_v301.rar and save.

For Netscape and Firefox use this method, right click the download and select Save Link As... or Save Target As... (Netscape) now rename the file from index.php.htm to flashbios_v301.rar and save it.
