Have searched for many different backup issues, and tried what was suggested.

Trouble backing up to the HD. Have tried clearing cache and gamesaves.
IGR only set in X3CL, use UnleashX as dash.

Game backs up with dvd2xbox (ver. 6.6) fine, but freezes HD during load. Dvd2xbox log
states: Couldnt find acl file for title 4947007A. Using default acl.

Also tried Complex tools.

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestion appreciated.

well i'm plannin on puttin that game onto my hdd sumtime soon (probably tommorow) so i'll let you know what happens. it could require a patch, that would explain the freezing during the load of the game.

Mine freezes on the black screen during boot up as well. The same thing happened to me when i had LOTR - The Third Age.

i backed mine up yesterday and it works perfectly for me. I used the latest version of dvd2xbox, hope this helps.

You might wanna try ripping the game to your PC first and then FTP it back to your HDD.
