I hope everyone already knew this. But i thought it was a good idea... anyways.. I haven't ever done that before and I only did it cause it was my personal console. Anyways, as you can tell from the pictures I messed up my CPU_rst not only did I do that but there is a wire sticking out and the resistor was lost. Is there any work around that would work with out a resistor?

yes I know this is a butched job... not only was this my personal...but also the board i used for practicing. Let me know.

Xmods is awesome.

I'm actually his biggest fan club.

I dumped the Nands on 5 consoles in one night while drinking Rum and Dr Pepper. No problems at all. Finally went to bed around 5 AM. It was a very good thing I didn't have work the next day.

all you need is a 33ohm resistor and short length of Kynar. with a bit of patience, and 0 shots, you should be good!!

Dgenx and hodgie are right... clean up the mess and find the trace. Wire up a 33 ohm resistor and all will be well. I had to do this exact fix on a unit a "well trained" customer had soldered lmao
