I have a Liteon DG-16D4S drive.
It had a board with the Winbond chipset which I removed and replaced with the team xecuter unlocked PCB. I had the Board installed and working with LT+V2.0.
Last night I went to upgrade the drive to LT+V3.0.
I reverted to stock and then found the Drive will not eject.

What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks for the Help,
-Rap

I found the issue.!!!
After looking at the drive and playing in JF, I realized the PCB was taking the flash, it was as if the drive was not getting power to the motors, tray doesn't open and the laser doesn't light.

This made me think, is there an issue with the wires?

To be sure, I removed the no solder block and the connector wire. I soldered the main wires from the drive directly to the PCB.

Once done I tested the drive and VIOLA, it worked!

Thanks for giving me a place to noodle this through.

I hope this post helps others.

Seems to me, that no solder block is a pain in the 4SS and a likely source of issues.

i have same issue, no drive spining and drive wont eject
Near the open tray motor is there 3 cables (White, Yellow and Green) Yellow and Green are in short circuit (i mean, there is continuity between them) I thinks this is a switch, isnt?

When i sold all the cables directly to PCB unlocked i get continuity in all cables... what i have to see?

Thanks in advance
