Hi I was trying to extract the dvd key from a liteon DG-16D2S using 360 usb pro and CK3I with probe 3. This has never happened to me before but when I got to the part where I place the probe it failed and then the drive was no longer detected. so I went over to the MTK flash tab in jungleflasher 1.92 and did the lite on erase and the drive goes into vender but when I outro/ata reset the drive it still does not show up. Hope someone can help Thanks.

You made one crucial mistake there.
Lite-On Erase does just that - it ERASES THE DRIVE (JungleFlasher does warn you before doing anything)!
You will now need to glitch the console to get your drive key.
