I've trolled the forums and the JF Tutorial and see a lot of repeated information but not one that addresses specifically what I'm running up against with the hardware used.

I'm using a CK3Mini, Probe III, and direct SATA connection to the mainboard (System config is below)

The drive powers up, is recognized by the BIOS and Windows, but not by JF. JF does not provide details of ANY of the drives attached via SATA to the mainboard regardless of COM port selected.

My operating theory, based on what I've read is that I will need to either A.) Purchase the X360USBPRO or B.) Purchase a VIA Compatible SATA controller, bypassing an incompatible mainboard.

Thoughts? Am I missing something I should be double-checking?

X360USB Pro is amazing. Solves nearly all compatibility issues, if you install drivers correctly that is :)
