I tried this

FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT THE UNLOCKED PCB IS DEAD / NO POWER / JF NOT DETECTING / NO EJECT - OF COURSE NOT BECAUSE ITS BLANK !!! - NOW READ THE TIP BELOW THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO Tip Tip If the TX Unlocked PCB doesn't detect at all and you can't get into vendor mode with the above method simply click Liteon-Erase and power cycle - you should then get into vendor mode (0x72) with no problems.

no dice. My cpu messed up during writing, but i got lucky and some how finished. I hit outro (key isnt verified) and hooked up the xbox and the game worked for like 5min, then all the sudden its says unrecognizable disk. now drive doesnt eject (like its blank) and im out of ideas. using x360pro v1 on laptop.

Found 4 windows drives C: D: E: Q:
Found 1 CD/DVD drives D:

Thats just the default startup log. cant get anything else

EDIT: my drive is a liteon 0272 but now in the log it says my drive is a hitachi 78-79

Fudge! now what? i dont understand how, i used the right OFW and reflashed to the correct CFW.

i used the wrong dummy when flashing. i used 9504 instead of the 0272. but dont know why it says hitachi

i have a 9504 but when i updated awhile back and it turned to 0272. i have 2 dummies cant remember how or why

How do i get it into vendor mode or how do i fix it

the hitachi is your laptop drive, i got the same thing with laptop and phat lite on drive, it frooze while erasing.
next thing it says drive is hitachi.

check in your bios if its a hitachi.

im still trying to get regonized by jf , no luck so far
