Have you checked the ribbon if maybe you messed it up. Try opening drive using either ck3 power source you have and see if it opens

Have you checked the wires on the pcb? I had the same problem and couldnt figure it out until I saw that one of the wires on the pcb came off.

Have you tried ejecting the drive with the CK3 and the XBOX or do both not eject?

it looks like your outro did not work you should see your key verified after the outro

EDIT: it may take more than one outro click to work

Reconnect the drive and tell me if you can see it in jungle flasher.

If you can intro the drive and then outro it 2 times and try again.
If that fails then rewrite the firmware.

Also make sure you are not leaving the sputnik in the unlocked position.

well im saying that your not using a usbpro and slim drives are really finicky with other sata connections (VIA PCI/Onboard Sata) and with out a usbpro you can have issues

i would say if you flashed slims with the via card before then you were doing good because slim drives are real picky with sata connections
