More than likely. TBH if there's a TX PCB in there, the SPI should have been locked after it was flashed.

Why did you select the option if the drive was working ok?

just a theory if i flash to stock and leave pcb unlocked and install fusion again do you think that pair dvd will write key back to my drive

No, slim firmware other than pre 13599 0272 and 9504 lack yhe necessary write key sector. Even then fusion writes a key, not the necessary key area

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

so how do i rectify this guys when i get my demon usb module flash stock nand and everything will be ok

Re-flashing the NAND can only cure the RGH side providing you disable the fcrt.bin when creating a new image. If you want to play games from discs on the retail dash you will need to re-flash your TX PCB after you get hold of your dummy.bin.

Sure, just upload it somewhere such as mediafire and PM download link & CPU key. I take it you're going try and flash this via USB stick?
