You fried your drive?

You could either have the chip lifted (people here offer that service) or glitch your console for the drive key.

Yep.. you're going to have your console RGH/glitched to get the original DVD/firmware keys to flash it to another DVD drive for use.

How I do it

If your console is pre-15574 and HDMI, you can easily RGH the console to obtain the keyvualt from the NAND.

It will take a bit of extra hardware, and some good soldering.

if you want to save some $ and effort, send it to a pro

there are several ads in the ad section worth checking out (and i can do it, too)

you'll probably be able to find someone there that is near you

Does your PC Bios recognize the DVD drive? Which one is it? LiteON, Benq...
