I'm now so excied about this! I was planning to do it the Llamma way but now I am definately waiting. It might be to soon, but I have a few questions. Anyone else is also welcome to post here.

1) Will there be a case for the harddrive? This is something hat I really would like and I seuggest including.

2) Along with being able to switch hrough the BIOS, will there be an external switch to switch through the harddrives?

Thanks for any assistance. I can't wait!

I doubt there's a whole lot that can be provided other than the switch to select the hard drive ... without modifying the case heavily even a tray for a second drive does no good.

I know that it can't be installed inside the case, but I'm asking if there is some type of external case that could be included that looks nice. It would serve as some sort of protection. the if there is an external switch, it should be integrated into the Control Panel. It would be an awesome setup.

maybe its going to be similiar to the xtender but hopefully better. though a whole new case would be cool but my x3cp will become useless after that comes out.

We also have a new product for you to expand your hard drives and to switch between them with your X3 - giving you Xbox Live users a more hardcore protection and also giving that much more expansion space
switching between hdd's using the x3 (configlive i resume) sounds cool. so does that mean theres no physical flip of the switch? How's that possible because to switch between hdd's like that youd have to use a switch to flip between A hdd getting power to B hdd getting power. No clue how that would be done by software so i would think there'd have to be a switch. Well i'll probably get it no matter what...

I've been thinking about this, and the easiest way to expand is underneath. I don't understand why the Xtender does it the way it does, since there is a logical place to put dual hard drives and keep the integrity of the xbox by making a small tray to go underneath.

I hope anyway...

I personally believe that the Xtender is ugly. I would rather have a power and ATA cable poking out the back to just connect to the harddrive. The Xtender makes the Xbox bigger than it already is.
