Dual HDD thing

Well what exactly is this going to look like i was going to be doing my own with a molex power splitter, slide switch and a desktip to laptop hdd convertor and cramming it all in the normal case

Are there any pics of this/how much will it be?

• 1st- I was waiting for months on the edge of my seat for the release of the X3

The thing i have been pondering is, seeing how they are coming out with the CP's soon will they be compatable with the xension. I love the CP but i also love the xtension idea. BIGGER IS BETTER!

Hitachi bad flash, and lost the key

Help i have lost my key to my hitachi drive 360 after a bad flash and now i have lost the key to restore the flash back.

So what now guys, is their anyway i can fix or get the key back.

with hitachi drive:

when doing the flash it doesn't write over the dvdkey area. so recovering
the key is possible. but you have to pull the tsop chip and use an external
programmer to recover the key, and reprogram the chip to make the drive
usable again.
