LITEON 0225 dummy.bin question

My LT+3.0 Firmware that I have didnt come with a dummy.bin

You get dummy.bin from a stock drive, if you were supplied (or made) an LT+ 3.0.bin with your drive key then it's fine.

What are you trying to do?

in the tutorial it says the source has to be dummy.bin, but I don't have it.

Is there anyway I can start from scratch?!

well im using the unlocked PCB and i followed the tut from where is says those Big Red bold words about how the pcb is blank so its not going to show up. It will not let me extract the key. IDK im confused.

If you need the drive key, use SlimKey on the drive's original PCB and save the files it prompts you to.

In all fairness, the tutorial I linked to explains all of this.

You need the dummy.bin from the original drive before you can do anything else, Follow the tut BL4K3Y provided, Follow it exactly like Uber states, Make sure to save your dummy.bin in multiple places

Yes it does, how do you expect to write firmware to the unlocked PCB without the drive key (dummy.bin) backed up from the original PCB?
