1. What exactly is the dummy.bin for?

2. I have a samsung ms28 identified as a liteon dg162ds 7854, therefore it means it is spoofed as a liteon. So i already gotten the DVD KEY from the samsung.

If i am going to replace the samsung back to a liteon, do i still need a ck3 probe to get the dummy.bin file even though i have the dvd key?

No you dont Load sammy/liteon key in source and liteon 02510c firmware to target and hit spoof.

Also, you know spoofing isn't supported on newer FW, right?
