dvd backups?

ok, ive been trying to make a dvd backup of a game, and its obviously not working.....

i have the files that go on the disc, and i have burned them to a dvd (dvd+r)
i have been using nero to burn it as a data disc

i checked the guide on xbox-scene, but it uses a different (older) version of nero than what i have....
evox would not play the disc and boxplorer displayed the D:\ as empty....

thanks for your help

Craxtion is a good one too. I keep both because occassionally one will create a disc that my Xbox doesn't recognize.

you don't actually need to create an xiso, it can be done straight from Nero.

You need to start a new DVD (UDF) ISO, there should be a check box saying something along the lines of "Allow video, needed for Xbox" yes it does mention xbox directly.

Martin C recently replied to one of my posts about the subject as i could not get Simplexiso to create an iso greater than 4GB.

Do a search you'll find it.

well, thats pretty strange as it mentions 'xbox' exactly in the program......

and btw, dont try to argue w/ xecuter....it just doesnt work ( admin vs. person )

hmmm strange way to say thanks for your help....oh well.

As for me arguing with xecuter. I was not, only simply sticking up for myself. I was also backed up by several others who thought X was harsh and that my question was justified.

After all...if someone else, mentioning no names, had done a search before posting they may have found an answer to their dvd backups? problem!!!!
