i am changing the housing on my xbox 360 slim but i don't know how take of the plastic blip on the end of dvd drive which xbox 360 i googeld i coudnt find anything about please can some one help

If your talking about that piece around the front of the DVD drive it just peels right off. Eject the tray first then carefully peel it off. It's only needed to be removed if you want to open your DVD drive...
edit it oops the bezel sorry it pops right off if you look at your new bezel you will see the tab it just pulls off with a little(little) force

they can be very tricky to remove. I normally use a chainsaw followed by a sledge hammer and it just slips right off. Hope this helps.

haha, yeah this one is a little funny. However, OP, you may be having trouble because there is sometimes a bit of foam with a strong adhesive between your "bezel" and the metal DVD drive housing that keeps the two entities together. Just keep that in mind, and pull the sticky foam away from the metal housing.
