dvd drive worn out

I assume as its a jtag i can replace the dvd drive with any make and spoof to the correct model?
and for xdg3 support use lt2.0?
its an old jtag of a friends done about 18 months ago, i was going to det the nand using flash 360 on a pen drive and update the dash with jtag tool
this all sound ok?
I think it still has qsb's in if needed

Dump the nand using xell and a browser.

You dont need to spoof drives in a jtag just flash the key over to any drive.

Reflash the latest dash using a pen drive and new nand file made with 360 multi tool 0.7

cheers teajunkie, xell and browser i suppose ill have to bight bthe bullet and start ftp'ing again, not done that stuff for years, got so used to easy windows based tools
ill order up a benq now, or should i get a hitachi for the lack of ap25 support?

Up to you what drive and if you start the console using eject when xell loads you will see an ip address most likely 192.168.1.99.

You can then connect xbox to your pc/laptop using a network cable and open firefox and type in the browser window 192.168.1.99.

You will then see this......or something similar

Now you can save your cpu / dvd keys and download the nand

I never realised it was that simple, always knew how to boot into xell, that realy is easy
