Getting the insert readable disc error, after installing a x3 on a v1.4 . everything seems to work fine otherwise. I have another dvd rom out of a different box, but it is a diff. brand. It also wont read a disc. The original laser moves around inside with no laser glint on the lens, the 2nd drive also moves around w/laser glint, but neither will read. I work a fair ammount with pc's but this is the first x-box I've done. Do I need to install anything to the hard drive to make the laser work? I am x-box stupid... mike
