DVD extract files on live?

Recently my call of duty ghosts disc got scratched and gives me the disc unreadable message. I have it backed up on freestyle dash and was wandering if there is anyway I can transfer the file to my stock xbox hard drive without getting banned. Is this possible?

How did your copy of call of duty get scratched if u play it off hdd? If u've ripped it to hdd I don't think there's a way to recompile back to iso. Looks like u will have to bite the bullet and purchase another copy.

Sorry so late on replying. Thanks for the info. I backed it up on my rgh to play campaign but I can't play rgh on live.
