dvd key recoveryhelp please

after doing one cr4 / demon install i decided to rgh another trinity to retrieve the dvd and cpu keys

as i guessed the dvd drive in the console had a different key hence the play dvd message.

Now i have the CPU and dvd key from doing the rgh

the drive i want the dvd key put onto is a liteon 16d4s fw 0401 winbond chip (05)

ive read through the jungle flasher pdf and it says i need to do a kamikaze unlock ?

can the dvd key just not be written to the drive ?

i have a usbprov2 and ive spent the last 3 hours reading , reading and im afraid to mess the drive up...37 yrs old and im afraid of a dvd drive :facepalm:

can someone help me along please ?

question are you going to be leaving the console rgh? if so just create a nand w/ the key the drive has.

U will have to unlock your DVD drive if u are going to return it to stock. If u mess the kamikaze up u can always buy an unlocked PCB.

he doesnt have his dummy from drive. so he will need a ltu pcb.

If you don't have the original firmware from the drive, your only option for a retail console is LTU.

You could glitch it and then use LizFix (WriteKey) and enable NOFCRT in the glitch image.

Sorry, I meant the firmware from the drive that was originally in the console.

ahh ok,

i really dont know where the orignal drive is ...i bought this knowing the drive needed replacing , but thought it might have been a laser etc but didnt count on some numpty doing this.
Not quite the easy fix i hoped it would be

If you really don't want to use the drive, just leave it installed and ignore it lol.

Alternatively, you can accept my offer to help you with LizFix, but remember that it won't work on a retail machine.
