dvd worked now doesnt? but others do?

Ok have the toshibia-samsung dvd with mode d on it and just burned oblivion for it, it worked fine did the update and continued to play and w/e then i decided to turn it all off, when i went to go play again it gives me the dirty disc error right when it starts to load up the game, the disc is fine, all my other dvd's work burned and purchased ones and movies so whats going on is it the update that ios making it come up with that message?

the best verbatim burned at 2.4x with the right sectors and all, all my other burned disc's work, and so did this one until i went to use it again the disc is fine and all no scratches or anything.

yeah i have the same prob i brought the game it got scratched so i downed a complete iso. it was .000 i no u dont surport this but i dont really care cos i own the original.. however i have 2 360s as u prob no. it works in the hitarchi drive but not in my samsung bacon do u have a smasung. if u do i think this is where we r going wrong the samsung ms25 is older than the hitarchi and obv a different maker. i get a dirty disc error when i put in my samsung drive. if u have a friend with a modded hitarchi 7 try putting ur game in there drive i dont think its your back up method just your ur drive isnt rite to read this back up . god nos y i ur guess is as good as mine. but it works on 1 but not the other how strange microsoft need to sort out bugs and flews in the 360 system i think this is why they switched makers for the best perhaps if u really really want to play this game on ur 360 i wood say u need to buy a new drive flash it and inject ur xbox key into it and that shood work. but i defently wood check in an already modded hitarchi otherwise u cood just waste money and time
