JTAG E,F point from the board came off,unable to solder it back on board.

If you have a fiberglass brush you can scrape away around the pad to expose the trace leading there and use it.

I would definitely clean the board up though before you do anything.

agree with martin , am i missing something or is your live feed and ground wrong way around

I had to solder to the IC pins on an R-JTAG PCB a few weeks ago and it wasn't an easy task.

I suggest you keep that R-JTAG PCB for soldering practice and purchase a new kit.

You probably killed it by soldering 5v to GND and GND to 5v anyway lol.

If you purchase another board though...please make sure that you get someone to do it for you or you have practiced a good few times. These chips are not toys and to a lot of people, they can be expensive.
