Drop it off at my house mate I'll look at it for free for ya. Then I'll let you know what you need with out the risk of buying a new drive and it not bing the problem.

if the drive is dead, get a new one and flash your key to it. will sort the problem out

if its a RGH, stick any old drive in there too
