RGH E71 ERROR Help-me please =/

Hey guys i'm from Brazil, and i'm taking problem with my RGH when i update it i got E71 screen like the image below:

So here is my xbox RGH configs:

#CPU-Key: A875D120BA53DE429BC516E6D9654A49
#Spoofed drive: yes
#Actual nand version: 14719.0
#RGH version : 2.0
#Board: Trinity
#Xell: Reloaded


So i've downloaded autogg 0.9.3 and everything sounds good on it:

And when i re-write the nand on my xbox i got E71 error, so i always have to back to my old nand, and i want to play GTA 5. Please guys, help-me =/

@EDIT: I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS IMPORTTANT, BUT EVERY WHEN I RE-WRITE MY NAND, I HAVE 0x137 bad block...

i have an SLIM... I don't know what is TX but i think that is this...

@edit: i've dumped my nand by nand flasher 360 (idk if this is importtant too)...

TX is the forum you came to get help from , i know you have Trinity but which Glitch Chip you used ?
Simply fill the TEMPLATE and show us some pics
