This is a zephyr. I have the freeboot install to the 12625 dash. I used Jtag tool V3.00 and it worked despite the fact that it warned it might not. Now the second part of the update was to download the M$ update from the jtag tool. I did so and extracted to my usb. Turned it on and it said that it needed to update so I did. When it was done it restarted the system but the Kinect still does not work. Says I need an update.
Seemed like it didnt update completly so I started it up holding the sync button untill it booted completely figureing that the update didnt install properly. I then turned it off and reinsterted the usb and booted again. This time it starts to boot and then gives E71.
If I take the thumb stick out it boots fine but as I said my Kinect doesnt work.
Should I rewrite my freeboot 12625 back to it and try again?
