E73 JTAG FROM HELL ( Posting this for my friend)

So this is what my friend wrote :

remember how last night, i got this random e73? well anyway, i unscrewed the GPU, and my tweezers under the board caused a short, and it sparked.... then i was like omgz, shut it off. prayed it would turn on, and it did. then xell actually booted and e73.... thank you for reading this.. i just am freaking out like hell

Ask your friend to flash the original NAND first and if he's still gets E73 then it's General Hardware Error.
