I would like to ask about this motherboard. What could have caused these marks? Is it repairable? As it is under the GPU, is the GPU funcionable?

A reflow would have caused those marks. And a new GPU is the answer if you want it fixed.

e74=dead edram on gpu,as stated above,needs gpu replacement.

Almost nothing is motherboard related, unless you damaged it. In this case a new GPU would probably fix the issue.
