Here is what happened:

1)I flashed my Freeboot image using my Nand X, and nandpro, and I got no errors.

2)When I boot my console it just hangs at a black screen.

3)Flashed Xell, after xell booted up I flashed my freeboot image which gave me about 15 "Block # seems bad: 0x00000210" errors and 2 "Block # seems bad: 0x00000208" errors while flashing in xell.

4)After I restarted my console I get an E79 after four seconds.

5)I flashed my retail image using nandpro and my Nand X and received no errors.

6)When I started my console I received an E79 after four seconds.

Background: Had Xmods do my coolrunner install and when he shipped it back to me it booted up into the hacked nxe. I decided I wanted the 13064 dashboard and made an image with my original nand and flashed it to the console. I did not know about the LDV values then and spent my entire saturday sorting that problem out. After I got my LDV matching my console get's an E79 after I flash my original retail nand and my freeboot nand.

Falcon motherboard
Dash 14699
16mb nand size
The CB of my original Nand is 5771

What did you use to build your image?

Any bad blocks in your original NAND dump?

Make sure you're using rawflash v4 if you're looking to flash from XeLL.

PS - do you understand the part in my sig which says 'do not PM me for support' ?

I honestly did not read your sig martin and I won't pm you.

I used my original nand with 360 multi builder

There were 0 bad blocks in my nand when I compared them.

I did not use rawflash v4. I will try that right now and post results. I also tried flashing with my Nand X so it should not matter but I will try it.

Edit- Using the xenon.elf from rawflash v4 did decrease the number of #seems bad errors to six but now my console boots and just hangs there on a black screen and does not show a E79 like it did before. Xell boots up using the eject button though.

When I flash my original nand dump I get a 0022 (E10) after some time. But when I flash any other nand I get an E79 (shows me an error on my screen). I am just throwing out the only other thing I can think of here. I did solder a wire to a mosfet I used to draw 12v of power for the fan. I did this when my nand was messed up and I couldn't boot. So it was not on there very long before I soldered it to the spot on the underside near the psu as it is safer. After I figured out my nand x would not get detected in nandpro unless my av cable was plugged in I was already receiving the errors.

Could a mosfet or a bridged solder point (I checked for a very long time and I do not see any) be causing these problems? I have tried writing every build I had or made and none of them have worked. They ones that have xelll boot to it just fine with the eject button though.
