you should have overwritten xell anyway. are you sure thats the original untouched dump. open that dump in 360 flash tool and try to decrypt it with your cpu key that you got from xell, does it decrypt ok?

I'm a bit confused as to whether you are trying XBR now or Freeboot? When you installed XBR, how did you create it and flash it to the console?

If you created a freeboot image, did you use your original NAND dump or did you use the XBR image you created initially?

Try and provide an exact structure on to how you gone about doing all this so far!!!

load 360 flash tool, then click the keys tab and itll pop up. in the cpu key youll need to paste your cpu key and check the box. you will also have to google the 1bl key, if you google 1bl key itll be there. then enter this and check the box then click ok.

then simply load your nand dump and it should give you all your drive info and your dvd key. if it does then your dumps good, if it doesnt then theres something wrong.

Load up 360 flash dump tool, go to settings then keys. Type in your CPU key in the CPU key window and then press 'Add CPU-KEY'. Now load your NAND dump and you should be able to see all your key vault variables on the right side providing you entered the CPU key correctly.

ADD - Maybe someone can give you help with this over Team View ! ! !

Arrrh, brilliant. So you didn't make 3 dumps, then compare them with nandcompare and as we already know you didn't look up your dump in either 360 tool or degraded before hand.

Get team viewer and I'll see if I can salvage any of this mess, though I really want to go to bed and make love to my pillow for the rest of the night.

lol good luck.

for future reference mate follow the tutorials on here. i dump my nands at least 5 times and then copy these to a folder that i then rar up and label with the console serial number. that way i know ive always got clean dumps stored safe. then compare the dumps for mismatching blocks. i then write xell and get the cpu key and decrypt the nand dump in 360 flash tool. then and only then do i write freeboot.
