Ok This is what I had to do to get the console working again, I hard wired it with the diodes. Now do I have to rewrite freeboot again or is it already in there because I did wrote it and it when E79 after. I'm new to this what do I have to do next to make sure that it is ok?

...which means your soldering is still at fault.

J2D2 and J1F1 have nothing to do with NAND read/write and yet when you removed the QSBs from these areas it can now be read and written to?

I need close up pics of J2D2 and J1F1 top and bottom please. Use Macro Zoom on your camera.

Change Xell to Xellous, not Xell HDMI.

Then try again, booting with the eject button.

PS PrtScn on your keyboard will do a screendump - you can then use any paint tool (irfanview for example) to paste, crop and save ;)

ok - getting somewhere.

You've put the wrong CPU key in.

Connect your console to your network via a LAN cable and when you get to the end of the XeLL screen, note the httpd listen address and enter it into a web browser.

Copy/paste the CPU key from the page and compare it to what you wrote down. I guarantee it's different.

got it 1 letter wrong in the key. I don't know how to thank you. After booting up I re-install all the setting, now this console is not mine. Is there anything else I need to do before I give his console back. What will he be able to do now with that setup? thank again

I would download and run dashlaunch 2.21.

If it has a HDD, I'd also install the same dash update as freeboot (12625) with avatars, so it's done. If you've installed dashlaunch before you get this far, you need to rename $SystemUpdate to $$ystemUpdate.
