E79 error after update the xell

Hi,

I am a bit stumped on why my xbox wont jtag.

Every time I install the freeboot I get the E79 error. I thought this might be due to my CD key being incorrect but it doesn't look like it is. If I go back to the original firmware it works fine.

I know there are a lot of post like this and I have read through most of them and not really found a solution.

I am updating from 2.0.7371.0.

I have attacked as many pictures as I thought would help, btw not soldered all the pins as there not needed.

Sorry I mean freeboot, I can get xell fine.

Silly me, I have tried all combination of switches

Whats the difference between on and off and 0 and off?

Whatever setting you have to get into XeLL should be the same as Freeboot.

What are you using to build freeboot and what wiring are you using?

I am using the same setting, just doesn't work.

I am using tje jTag tool v3 to create the freeboot.bin. what do you mean about wiring? I am using the x-nand tjag kit with the usb unit

Thank you for the links.

I have read through them all and used 1 or 2 of them before to do my xen xbox. I have done as it says in the guides and still the same issue.
