Can anyone help me with creating my .ecc file?

I have tried installing python and crypto but it doesn't work. If anyone can send me the files I need to install or even if you could create my .ecc for me that would be great, its a falcon 14719 CB 5773

It says that pycrypto is not installed when I double click the build.py

but I have installed both of them.

is your console booting normally now with the coolrunner set to prg?
cos it wasn't in your other thread.

Im super confused, the console turns on perfectly when I remove the wire from STBY_CLK and thats with the coolrunner set to PRG and all other wires still connected, But whenever I solder the wire onto STBY_CLK it takes 30s then goes to 0022. And another question? See when you dont have your ecc programmed to your NAND does the coolrunner still attempt to glitch? Mine has been updated with the new xsvf but has red light on, you then turn console on and green light flashes ONCE very dimly and thats it the console doesnt do anything afterwards.
