EEPROM Change

So i want to keep using my xbox live account i just made from my old HDD. Is there a way to get that information onto my new HDD i havent installed into my xbox? If so can somone point me in the right direction... Thanks

Get a new eeprom and a lockable harddrive. EEPROMS can be bought over at X-S forums for about 10 dollars.
