Eject no working after install

I installed a 2.6 in my 1.6 box. Ejecting the tray is weird. I hit the eject button and it sounds like it wants to but wont. I first thought that it was jammed. Then if I turn the box on by the eject button it works fine. What could be causing this?

is what you should have flash it with
do you still have flashbios on chip

No its flashed. The best i have is 5032
