I am having problems getting my X3 Chip working, I believe that I have soldered everything correctly and it seems ok. I can turn on my XBOX and both of the LEDs on the X3 PCB turn on. The blue light on the front display does turn on but I get nothing on my screen and the ejet botton go orange. If I hold the power button for 3 sec and disable the X3 chip my XBOX boots up fine with the original BIOS.

well assuming your soldering is correct then... u might have a certain version of flashbios that your xbox dont support on it... try loading the backup bios (pressing EJECT+POWER at same time) see if this works... if not try loading up the bank1 (banks 1-2-3-4 1MB) or bank2 (banks 5-6-7-8 1MB) .... if none of these work odds are it's soldering related.

cause i think on most newly purchased X3's they been putting 2 different flashbios versions on the chip like i stated above.

This is definitely a flashbios compatibility issue.

Try booting:
1234 on on off off
5678 off on off off

one of those should contain the proper flashbios for your box.

I'm guessing you have a 1.6b

EDIT:
Another thing i have heard you can try:
Power the box on via the eject button 10-12 times. supposedly the memory timings will work and you should see the flashbios screen.
It'll still be easier to mess with the dip settings imo.
