Eliminator Disc - emulators on a 360

Has anyone heard about the Eliminator disc for the 360? The rumor is, it lets you play emulators and roms on the 360! I have researched this but keep coming up emty. Any info, comments, etc. about emulators on a 360 would be appreciated. Thanks
