eMMC upgrade. SX OS won't boot and licence is invalid.

Hey everyone. First-time poster as this is the first serious problem I have encountered to this day. What I did: Updated to 7.0.1 (from 6.0.1) and upgraded my eMMC to 128GB. But now, SX OS (2.5.3 obviously but even 2.7.1) won't boot and it also says that licence.dat is invalid. So, what am I supposed to do now? What did I do wrong?

Put old emmc and your back so nothing wasted

Yea no. I'd rather switch from SX OS than lose 96GB of fast storage (also that costs more than SX OS, so that decided it for me as well)
