is there a good tut on how to organize your external hard drive to play emulators and roms. i am familiar with the wii and it's soft mod and i assume the hard drive must be organized similar.

are there any good tuts to explain loading emulators and roms?
where can i get the emulators? (i have the roms) preferably nes and snes
google hasn't helped and i havent been able to find much info here on it.
