Emunand on microSD

Hi everyone.
I have a doubt.
I want to migrate from emunand on the console memory to emunand on microsd card.
I have this question.
If I install an update, will affect the emunand partition or the original console partition?

I think it still updates the console partition, but there is an app that I believe updates without burning the fuses so you could downgrade. It's also highly recommended that you make a nand backup before doing anything. Before and after you update.
