Enabling chip causes problem.

V1.1 Xbox Xecuter 2.6. I fixed the other problems now when i enable chip the xbox cycles off and on three times and then eject button flashes green and red. I'm sorry, i'm stupid i should have just bought an xbox already modded. If anyone can help, great, but i understand if no one chooses to. Thank you MKChampion for your previous help.

i have exactly the same problem, all i get is two whiny system beeps, and then whats described above. i've tried all diferent combimations on the switch, and i'm getting a HDD access light on the switch. any ideas would be appreciated!

When it flashes green and then red it's called a FRAG.... (Flashing Red And Green)

90% of the time this points to a soldering error.

Do a search for FRAG on this forum and you'll hit a ton of info on it.

Check your sodlering and your traces.

make sure that the wires from the external swtich are properly plugged in at both ends (chip and swtich)

try playing around the swtich
can you disable the chip successfully bring up the m$ dash?

its prolly your pin head install!
your solder prolly not flowed correctly or u have dry joints!
