I power cycled too early by accident right before the x90 and now I have no firmware. I have the key so I know there is a fix for this but it has been so long since I have done anything xbox related. I am trying to find a guide somewhere on what to do but I'm frustrated. Can anyone help?

Did what you said ad got to the writing bank 0:
It was taking a fair amount of time so i restarted the dvd drive and now it has a port of 0x01F0

This..... that's all you need to do - send Lite-On erase to the correct port and write firmware to the drive
