Error 0110 after RGH restore

I just reviced a Falcon that refused to glitch after some weeks.

I desoldered CR and wrote back stock NAND.
And now it showing RROD with secondary code 0110.

Could the RGH somehow caused this problem?

0110 is an overheating error.

The coolrunner would not normally cause this issue. It could be just unlucky that the Falcon decided to go at that point.

I suggest a reflow or try some thermal pads on the Memory. Works sometimes and is a cheaper alternative.

There is already thermal pads on ram on this one.
Does that mean that it has been repaired for this issue before?

Yes, i would think so.

only one of the Falcons i have done, had thermal pads on them when i get them.

overheated the xbox and now it is running, so far it has run 30 minutes.

Well I wouldn't expect it to last too long if all you did was a home bake of your console, sounds like the GPU needs a proper reflow/reball.

Yeah defo, if all you did was leave it baking.

Get a pro to do it. Or add some new thermal paste and pads too see if it helps.

actually 0110 is cold solder joint on either the gpu or memory, i normally find if gpu reflow doesnt work a reflow of ram chips gets this going
