error 13?

installed chip, soldered, modchip x2.6, bios 5035 old, everytimre i boot up it goes to flubber then error screen!, any suggestions?

13 is a dashboard error, have you put an auto installer in or anything else? You basically need to reinstall the dashboard.

if you cannot boot from any disk, use xboxhd and follow the instructions to reformat your whole harddrive with a fresh copy of ms dash and then after that you can reinstall your hacked dash for the chip. Thats what ive done and it works everytime.

I think it's a Windows/DOS app and should be in the downloads at Xbox Scene. If not hit xbins and look in the PC utilities folders.

Alternately create a boot disc, AID recommended.

um if he cant boot from a disk then y make a boot disk. idiot yes probably can. boot a disk. just have the chip boot an autoinstall disk and install a new dash. ive done it on a thousand error 13's. thats also how i fixed my soft modded xbox with splinter cell. but you have to have a chip in to read any type of unsigned media like cdrs and dvdrs. or if that chip has an ftp protocoll then ftp a new dash over.
