Error 21 ... how to solve it?

I installed chip xecuter 3 on my x-box crystal...at first times I had no problems except that it didn't start with modded data but only with original dashboard...the problem is that later when I tried to switch it on...error 21 comes out...how can I solve this problem...

If you...
1) disable the chip what happens?
2) remove the chip what happens?

Have you got a slayer auto installer disk? might be a good idea to get one, backup the HDD and maybe reinstall..
