Error 2168-0002 on SXOS 2.9.5

I've just updated to 10.0.1 with SXOS 2.9.5 When I opened Modern Combat 5, this error appeared. I deleted and reinstalled, but the problem persists. And I Never encountered this problem before.

you can try the new 10.0.2. I was getting this error on 10.0.1 using checkpoint. After the new firmware update i could restore some saves.

I just update both OFW and CFW to 10.0.2, however the error still appear after the game launched. So, the problem should be in the 2.9.5 boot file. Thank you btw.
