I'm constantly getting error 2168-0002 show up while I'm trying to install nsp files or cycling through my games on my hard drive.

I've removed all xci and nsp files from the sd card. I've reformatted the sd card. I've even factory reset my switch and it still crashed with error 2168-0002! Please help. I really don't want to buy a new switch. Sxos2.4 ofw6.2

Why creating 2 of the same threads with an hour difference?
Anyways...
Does is crash WITHOUT the files on the Harddrive?
There is bad file between them..
Make a new dump from your original card.. If you talking otherwise... your at the wrong place..

I had problem before
If.it.occurs.when you first.load.up hb menu then delete xcis.you dont.need you cant have too many xcis in the xci folder since it's the first thing it scans
Same with nsps.
Delete the nsps you dont need anymore

I had the exact same error but would arise while my switch was scanning files my 400GB SD Card. I had to remove nsp files one by one to find the corrupted file. I would start with nsp files first as my xci files were fine. Sometimes for some reason either placing too many files at once on the sd card or having too many xci files may cause the error but since I have about 300GB of games on mine these assumptions may not be the cause of the error and in my case it was a corrupted or incompatible nsp file as these files are fine on other cfw reported by others not using sx os.

What helps is if you remove 5 nsp files at a time, until the error no longer shows up or add 5 files at a time on a clean drive until the error occurs, of course you can do it however you'd like. I'm on SX OS 2.1 FW6.1, but updated to SX 2.5 beta and is still fine.
