Just use multibuilder to create your freeboot.bin, check the build.log afterwords, it should show you that it has remapped badblock for you automatically and use rawflash 04 to flash it when in xell.
Yes, you can use a donor NAND to build an ECC image.
You do not need to manually remap if the blocks are outside the XeLL region (0-50) because XeBuild will take care of this for you - simply build your image and write it back with RawFlash as said above.
hahaha i was in such a rush to rgh hack this board i soldered point C to FT6U1 then when i was fusrated that xell wouldnt boot i kept resoldering and i think i might have soldered the 3.3v to the point beside it on the point beside it or something i did something im not sure what but now my motherboard wont turn on
