Try this...

Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error.

1. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small one which you connect the pad with)
2. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
3. Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
4. During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally.
Thanks to El Nino = http://www.xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69909

Lets see you had LT3.0 before attempting to update because you were using a fifa11 backup to update to 13146. You also said that you read the nand and it says your mobo has the original drive of a liteon DG-16d2s. You also had the liteon DG-16D2S installed when attempting the update then stick with that one don't try any other drives as its the one you tried the update with and your mobo has the original drive of a DG-16D2S. Stick with the Liteon DG-16D2S as its the original and one you used to update to 13146 as dgenx said. Try this

Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error.
-With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
-While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
-Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
-During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally.

Then check which dash version you have if your dash version is pre 13141 then flash drive to corresponding stock firmware, if your dash version is post 13141 then flash to stock firmware 02510C, after doing that then update the dash with pen drive formatted to FAT32 or cd/dvd!!!!! And if that doesn't work then clear the system update again, then flash the drive to LT3.0 and try the update again...

this update error in decimal form is saying you were updating from 12625 to 13146 so other dash versions won't work

As this is well weird now and nothing reasonable seems to work, what i'd try is:
flash drive with lt+3.0(LTPlus-0251-v3.0.bin)
Put backup of fifa11 in the drive and see if it finishes updating.

Care to try flashing lt+3.0 again but with posting jf log this time??
Also if you have cpu key already, you don't need to install coolrunner.

If you have cpu key and 2 dumps of working nand you can use j-runner to create retail image(but lowest in j-runner is 14699 i think - so you would update to 14699 staright away)
But i think we are missing something very simple here cos your xbox should finish updating with usb drive without a problem. Personally i would start from scratch:
1.format usb drive to fat32
2.copy ms update 13146 to it (only one folder $systemupdate) nothing else on usb drive.
3.plug usb drive into xbox and power on
do steps 1,2,3 with dvd drive flashed with lt+3.0(orig-02510C-1c000 from post 13146 folder) and if this doesn't work flash drive to lt+3.0(LTPlus-0251-v3.0.bin)
This should work.
Creating nand image and flashing it to your xbox is kind of reinventing the wheel and you can run int LDV issues.
